I had just relocated to Santa Barbara and a friend had highly recommended Rachael Douglas as a realtor. Rachael was an exceptional realtor for me. She took over the listing after an unfortunate experience I had. She hit the ground running. Rachael was on the property within a few hours of receiving the listing. She was brutally honest with her assessment, and she was right in every way. She had the carpets cleaned, the walls and countertops cleaned, and she arranged for a staging of the property. She had a private showing of the house the next Monday, had a viewing for other realtors and some interested parties on the following Wednesday. By Thursday morning I had 3 full price offers, and I closed on the house the Tuesday of the following week. This all happened smoothly even though I was 2,000 miles away.
